Introduction

What is COIN?

Coin is private digital cash. You can pay anyone, anywhere, and the blockchain never shows who paid whom or how much.

Easy to start

  1. DownloadGet the COIN Wallet for your computer.
  2. Create a walletWrite down the 25 words it gives you.
  3. You're on the networkThe wallet starts its own node and connects by itself.

That's the whole setup. Sending, receiving and mining all happen in the same app. See the setup guide »

Money without spectators

Most blockchains are public ledgers: every payment, balance and address can be read by anyone, forever. Coin's ledger can still be checked by anyone, but it can't be read. Every transaction hides its sender, its receiver and its amount.

How Coin keeps payments private »

Private by default

There is no transparent mode and nothing to switch on. Everyone gets the same protection on every payment, so private payments never stand out.

Why privacy has to be the default »

No company, no off switch

Coin runs on the computers of the people who use it. Every COIN Wallet keeps its own copy of the blockchain and checks each block for itself. There is no company account, no server to switch off and nobody who can freeze or reverse a payment.

How the Coin network works »

Mined on ordinary computers

New coins are mined with RandomX-v2, a proof of work built for everyday processors. Mining is part of the wallet: choose how many CPU threads to use and press Start mining.

Built on proven code

Coin is built on Monero, one of the most studied privacy currencies, with RandomX-v2 for mining. It runs as its own network with its own genesis block, launched on 20 October 2026.
